After trying meditation a few times it seems boring, uncomfortable and a waist of time. It is at this point that most people give up, saying that ‘it is not for them’. Join conscious music singer-songwriter and our meditation master for an exploration of meditation & relaxation techniques for stress reduction, and experience the power that music, sound & singing has to heal and bring us to a peaceful state of being. In the workshop our musician sings selections of meditation songs and exquisite vocals with Tibetan singing bowls will wrap you in blissful vibes. We also uses sound to to open and balance our energy systems. You don’t need to be a “singer” to receive the uplifting, prayerful and joyful energy that comes with conscious vocalization. You’ll leave with foundational meditation practices that you can take home for your personal and/or professional use as well as an open heart and peaceful mind!
